Description

Ribblin the Weird is a bit of a mysterious figure around Bluefen Valley, with no one quite being certain whether Ribblin exists... or not. It started with strange sightings and whispers in the wind, and grew to epic urban legend proportions, in which Ribblin could be anyone, anywhere, anything. Ribblin is a ghost, a conduit of providence, and a role model in tales for the tadpoles.
